Full refunds are available if cancelled 14 days or more before the workshop start date.
Refunds apply to unused workshop credits and advance payments only.
Cancellations 7-13 days before workshops receive 50% refund.
No refunds for missed workshops without 48-hour advance notice.
Medical emergencies may qualify for full refunds with appropriate documentation.
You may transfer to future workshops up to 7 days before your scheduled session.
Submit refund requests via email with your enrollment details and reason for cancellation.
Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.
Some specialty workshops may have different refund terms, which will be clearly stated at enrollment.
